Empirix Hosts User Group for Telecom Professionals

Empirix, Inc., the recognized leader in end-to-end network performance visibility with the unique ability to analyze customer behaviors by application in real time, today announced the completion of its first annual user group conference for fixed line customers.

The Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut, played host to a 2-day event that brought together Empirix customers from across North America.  Attendees had the opportunity to speak with Empirix management and product experts, network with peers, gain insight into Empirix’s vision, view demonstrations of the latest software, and engage in exciting discussions around hot topics in complex communications technology, including QoE, NFV and IoT.

“The past few days have been very engaging, and it was exciting to hear from our customers and hone in on their need for overall visibility to the enterprise,” shared Steve Kish, Director of Product Management. “We’ve got exciting features available now—and more coming out—that enable providers to accelerate business decisions, increase revenues and reduce costs. This event provided a great platform to interact with them and share key information.”

With attendees from some of the largest telecommunications organizations across North America, the event provided an opportunity for Empirix customers to share best practices with their peers.  This was the first in a series of customer-focused events Empirix will host throughout 2017; visit the events section of the Empirix website for information about upcoming events.
