Empirix and Customer to Present at SpeechTEK

The presentation, titled “Power Forward: Scalability, Agility, Quality,” will focus on a major healthcare organization and how it was able to “shift left” with its development team by leveraging test automation to increase application coverage, reduce regression test cycles, and limit rework and miscommunications during test case creation. Session attendees will learn best practices for selecting tools that increase automation, reduce errors, and enable their contact center to power forward.
