New Offerings: Empirix developed and launched additional product and service offerings, which supply organizations with the means to mitigate risks associated with deploying new unified communications technologies, upgrading existing systems and applications and more. Some of these new products and services include Empirix Proactive Communications Assurance service, an independent, holistic test methodology for Enterprises and System Integrators (SIs) deploying outbound technologies to quickly assure performance and regulatory compliance, and Empirix Testing as a Service, a combination of Empirix’s technology and unparalleled testing expertise that helps enterprises cost effectively ensure a superior end-to-end customer-agent experience.

Additional new products and services include Hammer SIP Trunk Tester™, the industry’s only solution for automated testing and verification of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking services; Hammer Class Five Feature Tester™, an automated regression testing offering for Class 5 voice services that emulates realistic and repeatable test cases to ensure Class 5 options function properly; and Hammer XMS/S7™, which provides real-time monitoring and a network-wide view that enables service providers to identify and resolve issues early, before they impact customers.

Industry Survey: Illustrating the importance of contact center testing, Empirix commissioned a survey conducted by the Customer Experience Foundation (CEF) that demonstrated delays in rolling out new contact center technologies cause project costs to double. According to the results, project overruns add 90 percent to the cost on average, and bad project practice and lack of testing can quadruple additional costs. The survey results also pointed to the fact that establishing thorough testing procedures can help avoid delays and costs associated with technology failures.
